Context

A multi-store e-commerce platform with five storefronts, built on PWA Studio. I took over its frontend and led development from there.

What I did

I reworked parts of the existing architecture to improve scalability, performance and developer experience, and delivered platform upgrades with minimal disruption to business operations. Performance work included caching, asset optimization and SEO changes. I also built and maintained reusable components and custom extensions shared across the stores.
